KM OPULENCE SOLUTIONS – TERMS OF SERVICE & SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between KM Opulence Solutions (“Company,” “We,” “Us”) and the client or user (“Client,” “You”). By accessing our website, booking, or purchasing any service, you agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

Advanced Strategy & Consulting Packages: Pricing varies
Mentorship & Business Development Programs: Up to $20,000
All prices are subject to change at any time before purchase is completed.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be made through secure invoice or approved payment methods provided by KM Opulence Solutions.Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in delay or cancellation of services.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable once services have begun or consultation has been delivered.
No refunds are issued for change of mind, lack of participation, or missed appointments.
In limited cases, partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of KM Opulence Solutions.
6. PURCHASES & THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING
When making a purchase, you may be required to provide payment and billing information. You agree that:

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:

Actively participate in the consulting process
Failure to comply may impact service quality and results.
8. NO GUARANTEES
KM Opulence Solutions does not guarantee any specific results, income, business success, or financial outcomes. Results depend on client actions, market conditions, and other external factors.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time without notice if:
The Client is disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive
The Client provides false or misleading information
The Client violates any part of this Agreement
Fraud or illegal activity is suspected
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal and business information shared between both parties will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with written consent.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KM Opulence Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Use or inability to use our services
Business decisions made based on our consultation
Technical issues or third-party platforms
Any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Services are provided “AS IS” without guarantees of performance or results.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Any damages resulting from their use
Clients are advised to review third-party terms separately.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we may provide at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
